Event 3: Cosmological Elements
I recently attended the final part of the Cosmological Elements Events series. I thoroughly enjoyed all of the art pieces that were shown in this presentation. I also thought that the entire series and project as a whole was so interesting, as so may artists from all over the word came together to talk about cosmological ideas they found interesting, and how they could collaborate to create art through this shared interest. With that being said let's dive in to the project I found most interesting within the 3rd part of the Cosmological Elements Series; The Kepler Station. The Kepler Station was a simulation that intended to depict without like on mars would be like for astronauts living on a station there. The simulation was set up so that none of the people in the experiment could leave the "station" and it imitated what life on Mars and other neighboring planets might look like in the future for humans.
